My husband and I recently purchased a new home and were getting bids from several companies for artificial turf in both our front and backyard. A family member recommended Green R Turf, so I reached out—and I’m so glad I did. From our initial meeting with Robert, I felt completely at ease. He was very transparent and honestly over-delivered on information, which I personally loved. I like to know all the details, and he took the time to walk us through everything, giving us different options and helping us feel confident in our decision. When we received the bid, it actually came in below the others we had gotten and fit comfortably within our budget. That made the decision easy for us. It did take a little time to lock in our installation date, but that’s understandable given how in-demand they are. Once we were scheduled, everything moved quickly. They showed up on time with a full crew and ended up completing the entire installation in just one day—even though we were originally quoted about three days. The crew was professional, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions throughout the process. The quality of work really shows. After the installation, I followed up with Robert to ask a few more questions about maintenance and care, and he was just as helpful as before. It’s reassuring to know I can reach out to him anytime down the line. As a realtor, I work with a lot of homeowners, and having a reliable, honest vendor is everything. Here’s a brief Review, in three words: Excellent. Quality. Workmanship. I could probably end here, and I would have said enough.  But it might be helpful to share something of the broader context, related to my family’s decision to hire Green-R-Turf. Back-Story A few years ago (2021), my family decided to re-landscape our [former] residential property. Unfortunately, we hired our gardener to the install artificial turf in our back yard. A couple of years later (2023), we hired a different contractor to install artificial turf in the front yard, at the same address. Regrettably, the quality of the workmanship (by both of the other landscape contractors) did not measure up to my expectations . . . I had hoped for artificial turf *without* any gaps, or sloppy seams between turf segments; I had also anticipated having a beautiful lawn that would *not* be the “host” for hundreds of uncontrollable weeds, sprouting up across the large surface area of our front yard. Since then, my wife and I decided to move to a different house that would provide more space for our family. (Incidentally, our decision to move was *not* related to the diminished quality of our landscaping at the former address.) So, when my wife and I decided to have artificial turf installed at our *current* property, we did not want to make the same mistake(s), again. Thus, I began a 3-month process of researching numerous landscaping / turf companies, on Google, Yelp, and various other websites.  I also drove to numerous locations, to inspect the quality of their work. I even spoke to a few customers, to determine their level of satisfaction with the particular turf company they had hired. And finally, after an extensive ‘vetting’ process, I narrowed down our list of landscaping contractors to the ‘top three’ contenders, (i.e., “the Short List”). Ultimately, we hired Green-R-Turf — not because their particular Estimate was the lowest, or their materials / labor fees were the best — but because their sales representative (Austin L.) actually *listened* to what my family wanted to accomplish.  Green-R-Turf also accommodated the requirements of our Home-Owner’s Association (H.O.A.). In the end, we were not disappointed by our decision to go with Green-R-Turf; they delivered amazing results! Summary of Landscaping Project, performed by Green-R-Turf: (A) Additional Drainage. (B) Custom-Designed concrete squares, “framed”by an artificial turf border, (which serves as a Driveway Extension). (C) Artificial Turf (*without* any visible seams, gaps, or glitches!) The accompanying photographs should (hopefully) demonstrate the excellence and quality of their work. Chad did an amazing job on our turf it looks like new!! He was on time very professional and just an all around nice person. I highly recommend him if you need turf maintenance. I had the pleasant  experience  of using Green R Turf on some installation at my previous  home n so decided  to call on them again.  It was indeed a good decision  on my part as Robert the owner/ manager was again very helpful n professional in helping me make the right choice for my new home. From beginning to end a fantastic experience with Robert, his son and the crew members. You could tell from the moment I met Robert and his son that they are genuinely nice and professional. I appreciated Robert’s input on my garden project which included the install of an in ground trampoline (not installed by Robert) and turfing the back and front yard. Very happy with the job Robert, Jesse and the entire crew did. Robert is very easy to work with, showed up when promised, responded quickly when I had questions. Very thorough when talking through the project and giving me additional ideas. They estimated the job to take about 3 weeks and with two changes/adds to the original project, they were done in less than 4 weeks, even with the holidays. Thanks to Robert and his installation crew, my back yard went from a weed & gopher infested mess to a beautiful place to sit, relax and entertain. The workers are great and went the extra mile with some last minute adjustments. They removed my dead grass, installed about 1000 sqft of Truf and about 800 sqft of DG. Green-R Turf did a great job on installing our artificial turf in our backyard.  I absolutely love it!!!  It is a beautiful green all the time, no messing with sprinklers AND you don't need to cut the grass.  And our salesman was great. The work that Green-R Turf did came out amazing. It's even cat approved! Gage came out to take measurements of my area and I provided him with my ideas I had. He made my SketchUp become a reality exactly as how I envisioned it. They added the turf and retaining wall. I also asked him to add cement. I did have a problem with the cement guys finishing the job and covering up my water valve to my sprinklers.. However I informed Gage and he had them come back out and break the concrete up, fix the area where my water valve was with a bigger can and poured new cement. I was very appreciated for that. I love my new backyard! Green-R-Turf replaced my ugly, painful gravel, with artificial turf and pavers. I decided on a  simple design to make my yard look even bigger! I am a two-time winner with Robert.  I knew I could trust him and his company after our first project, but because I like to save money, I got other estimates. Robert actually came in a little lower than the others, so Bingo! now I would have quality work AND the best price! Because of the lowest cost, I was a little nervous if his workers would be as good as his first crew, but again, Robert came through! Can't say enough how happy I am by choosing Green-R Turf. There are many turf company options to choose from and the ones I had narrowed down were all good but Green-R Turf stood out on top because of their product and services and more importantly could get it done in a short time frame.  Robert came out to assess my backyard situation and was able to provide me a quote the next day with scheduled installation within less than a week. Installation process took 3 days and the transformation was amazing!  The installation crew lead by Luis is top notch!  They're all hard working and efficient and always kept me in the loop as to the installation process to ensure dimensions, spacing, corners, etc. meets my satisfaction. Lastly, I like how they clean up and made sure all the grounds are clean before they left.  Thanks Luis and your team!! Green-R had the most comprehensive Vision for my woefully neglected backyard. Within a week area went from disjointed concrete slabs and barren dirt to resort like quality greens and hardscapes. My artificial turf is about five years old and had taken a serious beating from desert weather and my two dogs. It was worn down, patchy, and even completely missing in spots. I really didn't want to replace the entire yard, but it had reached the point where it looked awful. I came across Green R Turf online and was surprised to learn they offer maintenance and repair services - I didn't even know that was an option. I called on Tuesday, and by Thursday my yard looked brand new again! They were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Best of all, I avoided the huge expense of a full turf replacement. Austin helped me come up with the vision for it, Raul was able to install it in just a few days, and Jerry and the Green R company stood behind their products all along the way! Here is a scope of the work they did: -1,000 plus square feet of artificial turf in front yard, accented with River rock -Entire backyard, covered in lush, artificial turf, including both sides of house! -The city required me to put that ugly cinder block wall up- Austin had a vision of what it would look like with 40 ficus trees planted against it. From beginning to end a fantastic experience with Robert, his son and the crew members. You could tell from the moment I met Robert and his son that they are genuinely nice and professional. I appreciated Robert's input on my garden project which included the install of an in ground trampoline (not installed by Robert) and turfing the back and front yard. If I haven't already said so,"You Get What You Pay For!"  I did my due diligence in finding a reputable company and Robert (Green-R Turf) was our guy. Not only professional, well knowledgeable in this industry/work, but almost sold me on the spot (The Boss/Wifey made the final decision) Happy Wife-Happy Life! Robert and the crew were amazing. We have put off doing our backyard for years because it's hard to find someone who is honest and will do a good job. From the first call for a quote Robert was always super responsive and helpful. Came out to measure and give a quote exactly when he said he would. Brought a ton of samples (which you think would be normal. But apparently not with some companies I had come out) and gave us a really good price. Work started sooner than expected as we were flexible and the had a cancellation. The crew works hard and fast for a few days and got us all set up. They were honest even when the ground wasn't dry enough they didn't just slap the grass down. They explained the situation and why we should wait.... Which we were happy to do for the best result. When they finally finished it looked awesome and still does. We have used our yard more in the last 2 months than we did in 2 years (was always a soggy mess). I rarely write reviews but I have to write this review for Omar.  I had turf done on my home by someone who was recommended to me for landscaping work. He said he could do turf also but it was clear halfway through the work, he didn't know what he was doing.  It took him 2 weeks to get it in done.  It was a disaster.  I was desperate to get it fixed. It was embarrassing.  I called and spoke to Omar. He was very quick to respond to my plea for help.  He came to my home to look at my turf within a couple of days after we spoke.  He was also very surprised at what he saw.  He and his team came out the next day and had to tear out the turf, prep the ground correctly for pet use.   The other person did not use the correct turf or prep the ground underneath correctly.  Omar was very professional, friendly, and empathic about my situation. I believe he gave me a great deal to pretty much redo my front and backyard turf.  He even offered to support me in small claims court I am considering filing on the person who did such a terrible job.  Omar and his team completed the work in 1 day. This review is long overdue. Robert and his team installed the turf for our backyard back in May/June 2013. It has been more than 10 years and it still looks good now. We completely forgot about them until now when we are planning to do turf for our second home. We went back to our old paperwork and found his contract. We will be calling them soon. Hopefully we can have a good deal as returned customer. Again, we can't say about the price because we didn't shop around the first time. Robert & Caleb were fantastic, they provided me with a fair price, and excellent work.  They walked me through the entire process, made great recommendations. It took them a total of 5 business day to complete the project.  The crew that came out to work our job was great, their foreman Raul was the best. Green-R Turf just finished installing the artificial turf at our new home.  I knew as soon as I spoke with Austin that I was going to hire them.  Of all the companies we talked to, Green-R Turf was clearly the most knowledgeable and professional by far.  Their price was much less than some of the others and the quality of work they did far exceeded our expectations.  They finished our yard in one day!  I cannot recommend them more highly. Our patio looks amazing. The quality top notch and the turf is really comfortable, with socks on or bare feet. I have amended my review from earlier today.  Initially I was not hearing back from the company for a service that was needed on my turf & putting green.  I was disappointed because they were very responsive when I called for the estimate & installation in 2017.  Since the review Robert got back to me explaining that they have had issues with many employees out due to covid plus they have been moving their operation from Riverside to Corona. I am aware that things happen beyond our control at times.  As it turns out a serviceman came out today & fixed the problem for which I am grateful. Josh and Geri are true honest professionals and care about customer satisfaction. I called Josh and made an appointment to landscape my front yard and install artificial grass. He gave me a very fair estimate and a thorough explanation of the work to be done. I agreed and signed a very detail contract. The landscape workers did a very good job and went the extra mile to keep the job site clean. The work done was great because Josh and Geri were there for me to offer support and assistance. We just had Green R Turf install some artificial turf in our backyard and we were so happy with the service we received and the end product. Robert, actually came out to give us a quote a year ago and we just weren't ready to do it and then COVID happened and months have flown by. I gave him a call and asked him to come out again and have another look at our yard referencing our original quote. He visited us again and just quickly checked his measurements from the year before and we refreshed both our memories on the type of turf we wanted and how we wanted it fit to the existing patch of grass and garden beds. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to fit us in within a few weeks and he sent his team out. The estimated time was 2 maybe three days. On the scheduled start day they sent out a big team and got it all done in a day which was wonderful. The team were all so nice and respectful of our property. After issues from other contractors we were very satisfied with Robert and his staff Chad and other young man.
